・As this facility is a wooden building, smoking is prohibited both indoors and outdoors.

・There is a step of up to 80 cm between the dining room (seating chairs) and the living room. Please take extra care when using this area with small children.

・There are handrails on the stairs, but they are steep as they are original to the building. Please take extra care when using the stairs if you have difficulty walking or are using the facility with small children.

・The surrounding area is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please keep noise to a minimum.

・There are no curtains in the bedrooms, so please be mindful if you are sensitive to morning light. (Disposable eye masks are available.)

・Please sort your trash and dispose of it in the facility's trash bins. Disposing of trash outdoors is prohibited.

・There is no dedicated parking lot. If you are driving, please use the coin parking lot within walking distance.

・ Access to the premises is restricted to guests only. If you plan to invite guests or use the premises for other purposes, please consult with us in advance.

・In the event of damage to furniture or fixtures, please notify us immediately. You may be responsible for repair costs or damages incurred during any resulting business interruption.

・Please refrain from taking any amenities (shampoo, hair dryer, tableware, etc.) with you. If you are found to have taken any items, you will be charged the actual cost.

・No shoes allowed. Please change into slippers at the entrance mat.

・Pets are not allowed to stay overnight.

・The first floor has a mortar finish. Rolling suitcases may cause damage, so please carry them by hand inside the building.
